Chelsea immersed herself in all things real estate as soon as she started this career in 2017. She draws upon her years of marketing experience and excellent customer care to help her clients close deals. She has a natural knack for putting people at ease. Additionally, Chelsea is especially skilled at problem-solving, skillfully helping clients through obstacles that can sometimes appear right in the middle of a transaction.

Originally from Los Angeles, California, I graduated from Holy Family in Glendale in 1984. I attended Boise State University and earned a certification in Dental Assisting, helping people smile beautifully for over 20 years.
I bring a lifelong passion for serving others to my work as a REALTOR. Before launching my real estate career in 2018, I worked as a Dental Assistant—an experience that shaped my deep appreciation for the dedication of local heroes. Giving back to first responders in our community remains close to my heart.
In 2011, I relocated to Cheyenne, Wyoming, to be closer to my children and granddaughters, who proudly skate as Laramie Outlaw hockey players. Today, I serve as a REALTOR with Live in Laramie Real Estate, helping buyers and sellers across Cheyenne and the surrounding communities achieve their real estate goals. Whether it’s guiding first-time buyers, supporting growing families, or assisting with investment opportunities, I am committed to making the process seamless and rewarding. Since becoming an agent, I have closed transactions involving residential homes, land, commercial properties, and personal property.

While not officially one of the team, if this magical device were human, it would qualify in an instant. We are the only office in town to consistently create a Matterport Tour for nearly all of our listings. What is a Matterport Tour? The Matterport camera technology allows us to scan a property, room by room, and then it creates a virtual tour that buyers can access anytime to virtually "walk-through" the property using any internet connection. It's a great way for buyers to narrow down the properties they really want to see and an easy way for sellers to showcase their unique properties and stand out above the crowd.
